• We do not accept reservations from travel agencies. We ask that groups apply directly.
• Reservation Periods
You can make a reservation online from 8:00am on the 1st day of the month, 3 months before the scheduled date of your tour, up to 2 weeks before the desired date.
For example, if your tour is on June 20, 2021, you can reserve anytime between 8:00am on March 1, 2021 to June 6, 2021.
• Number of Participants/Bus Arrangements
At least 15 participants per group and a maximum of 40 participants. If more than 40 participants will be participating, please consult with us.
Your whole group will be guided together. Please arrange a bus before your visit. You will be transported throughout the plant premises using the bus you have arranged.
For groups of 14 participants or less, please make a reservation in the category of "Personal"
• Tour Languages
With the exception of established English tour days, tours are conducted in Japanese only.
* For all other languages, one interpreter must accompany every 20 participants.
• The duration of the factory tour is 90 minutes. Please select a schedule from the following.
10:00am–11:30am Briefing, tour of the paint shop/body shop (an additional Auto Gallery tour option may be selected)
1:20pm–2:50pm Briefing, tour of the paint shop/body shop (an additional Auto Gallery and/or PHEV World tour option may be selected)
• You can only apply for one slot per group. If you reserve more than one slot, we will cancel your reservation.
• On our website, we accept tentative reservations for your desired course, date, and time.
A plant tour representative will contact you by email within 5 business days to let you know if we are able to comply with your request. Once your reservation is confirmed, we ask that you submit a list of participants.

• Individual Tour Days
